About an order
- Reply to any email we sent you about the order, so it lands with the order attached; there is no need to find an order number.
- Lost the design link? It is in the order email. If that has gone too, write from the address you ordered with and we will send it again.
- Bought on Etsy? The design link is in the email we sent after your Etsy order. Messaging us on Etsy works as well.
- Damaged or wrong? Send a photograph within thirty days and we will have it made again or refund you; see the terms.
Where the print stands
The page on your design link shows where the print is: received, sent to the printer, being printed, posted, with the tracking number once it has left. It is worth a look before writing, since the answer is usually there.
