Why there is no banner

You have to ask permission for cookies that are not strictly necessary: analytics, advertising, anything that follows you around. We use none of those, and we use no cookies at all. There is no account to sign in to, so nothing needs remembering between you and our server.

What the site keeps in your browser instead

The designer saves its work in your browser’s own storage, on your device, where it is not sent anywhere:

• The design you are working on, so it is still there when you come back.
• The region you chose to deliver to, so prices show in your currency next time.
• Colour schemes you saved under Look.
• Your draft on an order’s link, kept against that link until you send it.

Clear the site’s data in your browser and all of it is gone. Nothing breaks; the designer starts fresh.

Other people’s cookies

Paying takes you to Stripe’s checkout page, which sets cookies of its own under Stripe’s policy. A print bought on Etsy is bought on Etsy’s site with Etsy’s cookies. Neither reaches this site. There is more on the privacy page.
